New clients should book a “First Visit” cut. If you want to discuss booking a colour apppointment call or email us to book an initial colour consultation. We recommend looking at our stylist portfolios on our website before you do so that we can book a consultation with the right person for you.
After your first appointment your stylist will let you know the length of appointment you need for your maintenance appointments going forward.
If you haven’t had a hair cut in over 8 weeks we recommend booking a restyle.
When booking online please make sure to book the correct appointment so that we have enough time for you, otherwise we may change your appointment accordingly.
Fringe trims can be booked via phone or email.
We require 48 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel with less than 48hrs to go you will be liable to pay 50% of the appointment cost. If you miss your appointment, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full.
Our cancellation policy still applies if you’re too unwell to attend or cannot attend because of COVID-19, so please make sure you are happy to comply when booking your appointment.
A £50 deposit will be required for appointments of 2 hours or more. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, and does not affect our cancellation policy.
Children in the Salon
We welcome supervised and well behaved children. We request that babies be accompanied by another adult. So as not to disturb the experience of our other clients we also request that waiting children being entertained by iPads and games mute their devices or wear earphones. Thank you for understanding.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your service, we ask that you to let us know within 48hrs of leaving the salon. You will be invited to make an appointment for a follow-up consultation, so that we can fully meet your expectations. We do not offer monetary refunds for any service undertaken in the salon. We regret that we are unable to carry out further services if colour is applied (either by the client or alternative salon), in the period between first appointment and follow-up consultation. We cannot take responsibility if you have simply changed your mind, or are unhappy with your choice of service. However we welcome all feedback, it keeps our standards high and allows us to deliver additional training, if needed.
