Our Commitments:

The Salon:

We have undertaken a review of our standard practices and the salon layout to adhere to social distancing.

Every surface will be cleaned regularly and between each appointment.

All tools and equipment will be sanitised before/after every use.

Disposable towels will be used.

When possible we will ensure adequate ventilation.

 

Our Team:

All team members have been trained to care for our clients in a safe, hygenic and professional manner.

Our team will wear face masks at all times, and wash their hands before/after each client interaction.

We have agreed social distancing between team members.

Each team member is aware not to attend the salon of they are feeling unwell, or if any member of their household is feeling unwell.

 

Your Arrival:

We will endeavor to stagger appointments where possible to avoid congestion.

We will not have a reception or waiting area, instead we ask that you wait outside until we greet you at the door when your stylist is ready for you.

Hand sanitiser must be used upon entry, this will be provided by us.

You must bring and wear a suitable face mask to your appointment.

You must attend your appointment alone.

You must minimise what you bring with you, as you will keep your belongings with you.

 

Your service:

We regret that we will not be able to offer refreshments or magazines.

You must wear a suitable face mask for the duration of your appointment.

We will only accept card or contactless payments.

Do not attend your appointment if you or anyone you live with are unwell or self isolating.

We regret that we are not able to accept any new colour clients at this time.
